Figure-in-the-V Stop:
After gaining some forward momentum, stand with your feet parallel and apart. Then, turn your toes inward, gently pressing down on the ground with the inside wheel.
Bend your knees, lean your upper body slightly forward, squat down, and extend your arms forward to maintain balance until you gradually slow down and stop.
T-Shaped Stop:
Begin gliding forward on one foot, placing your free foot in a "T" shape behind your gliding foot's heel.
Slowly place your free foot on the ground, gently pressing down with the inside wheel to slow your forward momentum until you stop.
Double-Foot Stop:
While gliding forward, simultaneously make a sharp clockwise turn with both feet.
With your left foot using the inside wheel and your right foot using the outside wheel at a 90-degree angle to the direction of gliding, press down on the ground. Simultaneously, turn your body sharply to the right, shifting your weight to your right leg, bending your knees, and extending your arms forward to stop.
How to stop while sliding backwards:
Lift both heels and use the brakes on your feet to rub against the ground to stop immediately.
To stop, lean your body slightly forward and raise your arms to the sides for balance.
